While we hope your application process is a smooth one, we understand you may run into some questions. Whether it’s inquiries around the application process or technical related questions, we have an answer for you. Check out our list of frequently asked questions below.
A: An automated email will be sent to you stating that your application has been received.
A: Once submitted, applications will be reviewed by the department hiring manager. Only those candidates COSI intends to interview will be contacted. Once the selection for the position is complete, all applicants who applied will receive communication that the position has been closed and we are no longer selecting for that particular position.
A: All COSI job offers are contingent upon the successful completion of our pre-employment screening process, which includes a background check. The background check is initiated after you have accepted your conditional job offer and is managed by our vendor, Justifacts. If you have questions about the results of your background check, contact Justifacts directly at 800.356.6885.
A: Current COSI Team Members can view open positions by logging into ADP, going to the Myself tab > Talent > Career Center.
A: COSI keeps all applications on file for two years.
A: Yes, you can apply for any position that interests you and your application will be reviewed by the hiring manager for each position.
A: Carefully review your application and materials prior to submission. Once submitted, your materials cannot be replaced, deleted or modified.
A: To see the list of job openings for which you have applied, select “Sign In” at the top left of the page and follow the prompts to log in. Once logged in, select the “My Applications” tab to find the position and complete the application. *Note: The position must still be currently posted on the website to complete the saved application.
