COSI follows local, state, and national recommendations regarding mask and facial coverings. In accordance with the City of Columbus Mayor's executive order, starting Friday September 10, 2021, all individuals are required to wear facial coverings in indoor areas accessible to the public wherein individuals may be within six (6) feet of another person. Exceptions are allotted to individuals younger than three (3) years of age, those with medical or behavioral conditions that preclude mask-wearing, anyone actively eating or drinking, those engaged in sports or recreational activities, or those giving a speech or performance before a live audience. By visiting COSI you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
All tickets are non-refundable/non-returnable.
Your tickets will be e-mailed to you upon completion of your order. You will need the confirmation QR code ready to scan on a mobile device prior to entry. If you are unable to present on a mobile device, please print out the QR code on your confirmation email.
Please note that selected COSI program reservations are subject to a nominal processing fee. Proceeds from this fee help to support COSI, a not-for-profit organization. For selected programs, transaction fees may be waived for COSI Members as a benefit of membership.
For all membership and ticket purchases the 5% Columbus Arts and Culture Fee is applied. The Columbus Arts and Culture Fee will be applied to for- and nonprofit arts, sports and entertainment tickets and admissions in the City of Columbus. The Columbus Arts and Culture Fee helps make the arts available to all by funding free festivals and events, exemplary artists, arts organizations and programs that educate and engage audiences throughout Greater Columbus. On a COSI Membership, the fee is calculated as 5% of the value of general admission for one adult and one youth guest, or $2.25.
