How does the YOUTH application process work?

You may submit an Application for Youth Volunteer Service, including the Practical Demonstration Form, directly from our website. Once your application is submitted, you should be contacted within a few days to schedule an interview in order for us to get to know you and find the best fit for you here at COSI.

During the interview, you will be asked to present a brief (3-5 minute) Practical Demonstration teaching us an activity such as a craft, hobby, or something else that you are interested in.

If accepted into the program, you will then be registered for an onsite orientation (offered two times per month) to teach you the basics of COSI. From there, you will work with your COSI Volunteer Supervisor in your area for specific training and scheduling needed for your COSI volunteer experience!
