Watershed Distillery are teaming up to bring you this science themed Cocktail Competition. Local bars and
restaurants will be preparing special cocktails and competing for the Best Cocktail prize. Spend the evening
sampling cocktails, sipping drinks and exploring COSI. This night is all about celebrating the entertainment
of spirits and the intricacies of chemistry with several hands-on demonstrations throughout the night. With
a full menu in the Atomic Cafe and Watershed specialty drinks throughout the museum, this is a COSI After
Dark you won’t want to miss! Join us for an event all about fun with a splash of science.
