COSI on Wheels has expanded to meet the growing needs of your community during the COVID-19 pandemic. The COSI on Wheels: Curbside experience brings science learning to school parking lots, neighborhood parks, libraries, and other outdoor community locations while maintaining social distance and keeping students and families safe.

COSI on Wheels: Curbside appearances currently include:

• A visit by the COSI on Wheels: Curbside mobile unit, which has Wi-Fi capabilities and serves as a FREE internet hotspot location. Your students and families can download science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) content from the COSI Connects Mobile App to their mobile devices, including hands-on activity instructions, for offline use later at home;
• Staffing by a trained COSI science educator to distribute science materials and to assist students and families with using the COSI vehicle’s Wi-Fi access and downloading the COSI Connects app;
• Distribution to students and families of COSI Learning Lunchboxes or Science Snacks for your attendees to take home and explore:
  • COSI Learning Lunchboxes each contain five complete hands-on science activities, plus all needed materials and instructions;
  • COSI Science Snacks each contain one take-home science activity.

COSI on Wheels Curbside with Learning Lunchbox Distribution - $20 per student (minimum $1,000)
Appearance includes:

• Staffed COSI vehicle onsite for up to three hours with Wi-Fi access and COSI Mobile App demonstrations for attendees;
• Each student receives a COSI Learning Lunchbox with five complete science activities inside and a COSI General Admission Coupon (free youth admission with paid adult);
• School receives access code to view pre-recorded science assembly program;
• Choice of Learning Lunchbox science themes – choose from Water, Nature, Space, Energy, Human Body, Engineering, Dinosaurs, or Virgin Hyperloop (one theme per appearance);

COSI on Wheels Curbside with Science Snack Distribution – Three Hours, $975
Appearance includes:

• Staffed COSI vehicle onsite with Wi-Fi access for attendees and COSI Mobile App demonstrations;
• Each student receives a COSI Science Snack with one science activity (up to 150 Science Snacks, with additional Science Snacks available for $5 each);
• COSI General Admission Coupon for each student (free youth admission with paid adult);
• School receives access code to view pre-recorded science assembly program.

COSI on Wheels Curbside with Science Snack Distribution – Four Hours, $1,500
Appearance includes:

• Staffed COSI vehicle onsite with Wi-Fi access for attendees and COSI Mobile App demonstrations;
• Each student receives a COSI Science Snack with one science activity (up to 200 Science Snacks, with additional Science Snacks available for $5 each);
• COSI General Admission Coupon for each student (free youth admission with paid adult);
• School receives access code to view pre-recorded science assembly program.
