Why was my discount/promotional code not applied towards my online purchase?

Valid discounts and promotional codes must be entered and applied in the "Promo Code" field at the bottom of the "Billing Information" page during checkout. If the promo code includes a monetary discount, the total should update to reflect the discount. The purchase confirmation page should reflect the correct price before the order is submitted.

If the purchase confirmation page does not reflect the discounted price, it is possible that the promo code has expired or that the membership you are purchasing does not qualify for the promotion. COSI will only apply current discount/promotional codes towards membership purchases. Multiple discounts cannot be applied towards membership purchases.
